Privacy Policy

This page explains how I handle the personal data of those who use onlyboost.info. I wrote it to be read, not to discourage you: no walls of legalese.
In short: I only collect what I need to reply to you and to do the work you ask me to do. I do not use analytics, I do not profile you, I do not resell anything to anyone, and this site does not install cookies. The only thing saved on your device is your light or dark theme preference — a single word, only useful to you (details here).
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is Angelo Caldarini, operating under the name OnlyBoost through the website onlyboost.info.
For anything regarding your data — a question, a deletion request, a doubt about this page — write to info@onlyboost.info. I reply personally, usually within a few days and in any case within the month required by the GDPR.
If you need full identification details (for example for a formal complaint or a written request), just ask at the same address and I will provide them.
No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed: I do not fall within the cases where the GDPR makes it mandatory, because I do not process data on a large scale nor special categories of data.
2. What data I collect
When you book a service

When you write via the contact form
Name, email, subject and message text. Nothing else.
When I perform the optimization
The session takes place via remote connection (e.g. AnyDesk) while you are at the PC. During that time I can see your desktop and work on the system. I do not copy, archive or transfer your personal files. You start the session and you can close it at any time. If you need a data backup, do it beforehand: that is your responsibility.
What I do NOT collect
- No payment data: you do not pay on the site; payment is arranged separately.
- No analytics or statistics system (no Google Analytics, no pixels).
- No profiling, no advertising, no automated newsletter.
3. Why I process them, and on what legal basis

Providing your data is optional, but without your name and email I cannot confirm the appointment or reply to you.
4. Third-party services that see your data
To run the site I rely on these providers, and no others:

Netlify and Google are US companies: data may be transferred outside the European Union, based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses).
ObAudioTuner videos use the youtube-nocookie.com domain: as long as you do not press play, YouTube does not save anything on your device.
5. How long I keep them

6. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not install cookies, neither technical nor profiling. You will not find any consent banner because there is nothing to profile: I do not know who you are, I do not track you across sites and I do not pass anything to anyone.
There is, however, one thing I save on your device, and it is fair that you know about it:

It contains a single word, light or dark. It is not an identifier,
it cannot be used to recognize you and it does not leave your device. For this reason it does not
require consent: it is a technical preference that only serves you. If you want to delete it, clear
the site data from your browser settings: the dark theme will simply return.
The other exception concerns videos. On ObAudioTuner, videos are hosted by YouTube in no-cookie mode (youtube-nocookie): nothing happens until you press play, but if you start playback YouTube may save data on your device according to its own policies. The OnlyBoost WinTools video is instead loaded directly on this site and does not involve anyone.
7. Your rights
You can ask me at any time to:
- Access which of your data I hold (art. 15);
- Correct them if they are wrong (art. 16);
- Delete them (art. 17);
- Restrict their use (art. 18);
- Receive them in a machine-readable format (art. 20);
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (art. 21).
Write to info@onlyboost.info: I reply within 30 days, usually much sooner. If you believe I am doing something wrong, you can contact the Italian Data Protection Authority.
8. Changes
If I change anything I update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, I will let you know by email.
