Terms of Service

These terms apply to anyone who books a service or purchases a license through onlyboost.info. I wrote them in plain English: if something is unclear, ask me before buying.

1. Who I am

Behind OnlyBoost is Angelo Caldarini, operating under the name OnlyBoost through the website onlyboost.info. You can reach me at any time at info@onlyboost.info or on Discord.

If you need full identification details — for example for invoicing, a formal complaint or a written request — just ask at the same address and I will provide them.

2. What I offer

• Optimization services (FPS Boost, Latency Service, Audio Boost, Extreme Service, HexaOS): sessions I perform remotely on your PC.
• Software licenses (ObAudioTuner, OnlyBoost WinTools): programs you install on your own computer.

3. Bookings and appointments

• Slots are available from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, every day, Italian time.
• Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance of the start time.
• A slot lasts 1 hour. If the job requires more time, we agree on it together: I will not leave you halfway through.
• You receive a confirmation email from info@onlyboost.info. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact me.
• The booking is personal: the appointment is for the PC and person specified.

If you need to cancel or reschedule

Contact me as soon as you know: I will reschedule or cancel without any issue or penalty. I only ask for a bit of respect for both our time — if possible, let me know a few hours in advance. If you do not show up and do not notify me, we simply reschedule when it suits you.

If I cannot make it I will let you know as soon as possible and we reschedule, or I refund any amount already paid.

4. What you need before the appointment

Without these the session cannot be done, or only partially:

• A USB drive: all services include a BIOS update.
• AnyDesk installed, for the remote connection.
• A stable internet connection and your presence in front of the PC: you start and end the session.
• Administrator privileges on the computer.
• A backup of your important data. Let me be clear: I do not touch your files, but the backup is your responsibility and should be done beforehand. This applies always, not just with me.

5. Pricing and payment

• Prices are those shown on the Packages, ObAudioTuner and WinTools pages at the time of booking.
• Amounts are in euros and are the final price you pay: no hidden costs or surcharges added afterwards. Any discount codes are applied during booking.
• You do not pay on the site and you do not enter any payment information. I contact you and we agree on the method together; unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the session. If you need an invoice, ask me and I will issue one.

6. Results: what I can and cannot promise

The benchmarks you see on the site are real results obtained on real hardware. However, they are not a contractual guarantee: the improvement depends on your hardware, the games you play, your connection, and the starting state of the system. A well-maintained PC will improve less than a neglected one — and that is normal.

I commit to:

• working professionally, with verified and reversible changes;
• not installing harmful software, nor touching your personal files;
• telling you honestly if a package does not make sense for your PC, instead of selling it anyway;
• measuring performance before and after, so the result is data, not an opinion.

I am not responsible for malfunctions caused by already defective hardware, non-genuine Windows licenses, end-of-life components, or modifications made by others after my session. After the work I remain available on Discord: if an issue comes up related to something I changed, I fix it at no extra cost.

7. Software licenses

• The license is for a single computer: the key is tied to the machine you activate it on.
• If you change PC, contact me and I will transfer it at no extra cost.
• Time-limited licenses (30/60 days, 1/3/6/12 months) expire and do not auto-renew: no automatic charges.
• Lifetime licenses include all future updates, as long as the product exists.
• You may not resell, share, decompile, or distribute the software.
• I may revoke a license used for abuse or shared with third parties, without a refund.

The Lifetime plan bonus (personalized guide with overclock, undervolt and RAM timings) is a service I perform personally: I redo it from scratch if you change PC. Note: overclocking and undervolting are modifications that may affect component warranties. We discuss it before applying them.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, the Italian Consumer Code gives you 14 days to reconsider. There are two exceptions that apply here:

• for services, if you request that the work starts immediately and it is completed within the 14 days, the right of withdrawal expires once the work is finished;
• for digital content (software licenses), the right of withdrawal expires when you accept the download or receive the key and acknowledge the loss of the right.

In practice: if you ask me to start right away and I complete the optimization within 14 days, the withdrawal right expires when the work is done; for licenses, it expires at the moment I deliver the key and you activate it. If anything is unclear, ask me before booking or purchasing: I would rather explain it myself than have you find out later.

9. Miscellaneous

• Trademarks, logo, text and site content are mine: do not copy them without permission.
• I may update these terms: the version published at the time you book is the one that applies.
• Applicable law: Italian law. If you are a consumer, for any dispute the competent court is the one of your place of residence or domicile, as provided by the Italian Consumer Code.
